As far as I can tell, this book which has spent a long time on step 1,
actually got validated except the validator needs to submit it separating
the authors' names by a comma. If somebody knows who the validator is
perhaps he or she can upload the corrected validated copy and stop the need
for somebody else to validate this gook yet again and again and again.
