Are software upgrades a priority? The fact that they have not been made and the fact that little is told us about priorities make it difficult for me to figure out what is and is not a priority. If I missquoted Jake or anyone else I do sincerely regret it. You know me. I mean it when I say I am truly confused at the very least.

you are.  But, I would please ask that  you actually read the response and

Since software is not a priority, what is the priority?  We know it is not
having more than one person approve books on the admin queue.
