Are software upgrades a priority? The fact that they have not been made
and the fact that little is told us about priorities make it difficult for
me to figure out what is and is not a priority. If I missquoted Jake or
anyone else I do sincerely regret it. You know me. I mean it when I say I
am truly confused at the very least.
all the best

E,
Where, in Jake's response, did you see a statement about software upgrades not being a priority? I know you are really frustrated and quite a few of you are. But, I would please ask that you actually read the response and base your answers on what's written. As I've said in a earlier response to another message, please, please, please don't assume.

Since software is not a priority, what is the priority? We know it is not having more than one person approve books on the admin queue.
