[bksvol-discuss] blank pages

I recently validated a book that had about 20 blank pages in the preliminary
section; these followed a couple of pages of information. I left this alone but
I wonder if the submitter could eliminate these pages which serve absolutely no
purpose. I know about preserving the book as much as possible but saving these
pages not only seems pointless but, at least for the braille reader, simply
wastes time. Since I don't expect to get a ruling on this from Bookshare, I
would be interested to know what the rest of you scanners do. Jill
