Kelly, the braille translator doesn't need tweaking. No spaces between the dots is the Nemeth code braille standard for the elipses. I don't know why they decided to do this; I never knew there were spaces between the spaces, either. However, it's a braille standard; perhaps they did this to (a) save room or (b) to prevent confusion to a braille reader.
