Hi, all! Honestly, guys, I wouldn't fix those elipses. They don't
translate right in Braille, and there seems to be some confusion anyway.
They won't improve the text quality, and they aren't worth bothering with.
For a Braille reader, they're just another annoying scanno, and they won't
interfere with speech if they're left alone. See how opinionated that Chai
tea has made me?! Oh, and did I mention that I hate that dumb UBC?! <LOL>
