I agree that bookshare staff should handle this. I'm sure they will be much more gentle than I would be.I'm afraid I'd ask her what the hell she had a publisher for, if she was going to blunder all over the net "protecting her rights." Sounds like all she wants to do is make money, rather than entertain, encourage, or enlighten people with her book. And, frankly I'd take her book off of bookshare, and make sure the press knew why it had been removed.
So, please, bookshare, handle this for us as we tend to be an unruly crew at times.
