Hi, Elizabeth, does the XML file need to be unzipped? When you are talking about Function key 2, you mean F2, Correct? Understand, I've never converted files before so this is unknown territory. What I think you're saying is that I should rename the file and give it the RTF extension so that when I press the Enter key, the format of that file will change to an RTF file. Did I get what you said correctly? Regards, Kim. -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of E. Unzip the daisy book. You are correct. There are several files. The only one you are interested in is the .xml file. Go to that file. Hit function key 2 and change the xml extension to a .rtf extension. Now move the .rtf file to your braille display and it will read there the same way any regular .rtf file works for you. Hope this helps. E. To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx put the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
