Unfortunately I don't know of a way to buy milk gravy, which is my family's
gravy of choice. It seems even a bit more difficult than meat gravy,
though of course it has the advantage of not requiring any drippings. If
anyone has successfully made milk gravy and can give me directions I'd
really really appreciate it. My Dad makes it but complains it's tricky and
he doesn't actually have anything resembling a recipe.
I do have a silecone wisk just for the purpose of making gravy in a
non-stick pan.
