Is it safe/reliable to work in docx on a mobile device (iPad for me) and
convert it to rtf on my Mac or PC? I thought the conversion from docx to rtf
sometimes created losses of formatting, but would be thrilled to hear that no
longer happens. Often I would prefer proofing on my iPad Pro.

versions. Pages will on a tablet I think, but not on a smartphone.
I use Google Docs on an Android device but it makes bloated rtf files so I
save the file as a docx then send it to my pc and convert it using Microsoft
Word on my PC.
