Cindy:
What is the difference? If the curly quotes are British, we leave them be.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] quotation marks

I know Word has in one of its files a way to change straight to
"curly" quotes, but does it have a way to change curly quotes to
straight quotes, or do I just have to do a copy and replace for both
the beginning and ending ones?
Thanks.
Cindy
