Correct Cindy, though there would be no blank line between them. If I were
listening to the book, the asterisks would drive me crazy since it would say
"star star star" and would mess up the flow of the book. Seems in that case
wwe should put in 16-point the chapter name/number and then enter and
continue with the book without a blank line. In Braille on a refreshable
Braille device (BrailleNote, PacMate, BrailleSense, etc.) the 3 asterisks
would be a line so one would have to bypass them with a flick of the whiz
wheels/thumb keys/ etc. which just means more movement for the hands and
wrists. Still think the asterisks should just be taken out with a 16-point
title for the sighted folks and no blank line so the text would be just
under the title name. Just my opinion and will do as instructed at least
after the current book I am proofing since I am halfway through but stopped
due to editing my second book for my 2 authors. First book is on Amazon.
