I think what ISCA needs is new leadership and a new business model. Of
course members are not going to pick up the ball and run with these
initiatives, that is what we have professional organizations for. I
believe a virtuous cycle can be created whereby the best most experienced
facilitators can contribute to a standard that in turn benefits them in a
way that is important to them. I think what we have here in ISCA is a
community of the experts and what we need is a visionary, an admin and a
structure builder (to start).
