Prophesies are interesting when their accuracy far exceeds what could
reasonably thought to be possible through guess work. Take for example the
eighth century prophesy of the Tibetan Buddhist teacher Padmasambhava:
"when the iron bird flies, and horses run on wheels,/ The Tibetan people
will be scattered like ants across the world,/ And the Dharma (Buddhist
Teachings) will come to the land of the red man."

Hi Chris,
Very cool prophecy, me likes a lot. It reminds me when several years ago a
friend of mine had a private sitting with the Dalai Lama. She asked why the
Tibetans had suffered so much under the Chinese and what their 'karma' was
for having had this happen to them....his reply was (not a word for word
quote) along the lines of "We kept the secrets of God to ourselves, it was
the only way that would make us share them with the world"
Somehow, somewhere, there seems to be a divine plan, not in terms of an
external force with an agenda, but the 'field' of the human soul that seeks
to redress imbalance in its own good time.
