I think your sentence: “Perhaps those who see well beyond the here and now to
the bigger systemic flow are more fitted with tools to choose.” is absolutely
true.
I heard stories about people who did not have a choice at all.
I fully agree that constellation work helps to face more challenging live
periods.

This may be true in childhood but I absolutely disagree that we do not have

Someone tried to murder me in November and most assuredly, I chose 'fight.' I
chose to do all within my power and faculties and instinct to survive well
from this attack. I was about 30 seconds from unconsciousness while being
smothered. Then I thought he would bludgeon me to death. This is not theory
for me. I had not planned to share that here, but as it is, if I refute the
ideas of trauma responses, I really must say how I know this to be true. When
I was certain he would kill me, I still chose to fight.
Theories are just that. Theories we gain from observing some situations. I at
this time, intent to write more about how constellation work prepares us to
meet life challenges. Perhaps in an article or a book. For now, I have said
enough.
