Victor. Thank you very much for your very helpful post. Although you said so
much more than I did it mirrors my thoughts that it is the issue that’s
important and not the clients gender identification. I think it would be very
helpful to have available what you’ve written. I did significant research on
the issues of gender identity and sexual preference in my dissertation which is
available free from ProSource.

I think is very mportant to Know about the transexual condition, but I think
we know that this condtion can be a representation of a person rejected in
the family etc, etc. But ISN´T a pathology (althoug some people can to tell I
am Transexual in crisis situations, but when the situation leaves they return
to the common gender identity and in these cases there is necessary mental
healt attention)
I have worked in the issue of Sexual Diversity by 25 years in Mexico and I
think Constellators could have the respectful and inclussive attitud that
these person requires to be enough sure in order to explore possibilities
and take decissions.
As I See Constellations and constellators work, we don´t need to have the
solution for the consultants, but we can to set the constelation in a
respectfull way in order, they found their solutions.
I think the most important issue in this case is be conscious about our
prejudices and knowledges, to clarify the goal of the person and work in
these item. If you are a expert in support your client although you don¨t be
expert in transgender issues can be a good company.

a Man?
