My suggestion would better suit two-tier price systems

Maybe have constellations arranged in advance, by appointment, limited in
number to suit the time available . . .
This allows for some advance consultation which the facilitator may find
useful.
And if someone drops out, then recruit from the others, who expected only to
be in the circle.......
