In my Training Program I don't use "evaluation forms" (estricto senso),
but I have some conditions I pay atention to (subjectively, of course) as:
- The Participant embraced systemic paradigm?
- The Participant shows a shift in his/her approach to life (world,
family, business, etc)
and also three more concrete topics:
- At least 2 constellations aprooved by me as Trainer
- Comments about one book selected by the participant (in coordination
with me as Trainer), is not necessary to come from "constellation world"
- A project, talking about how the participant will apply this new
knowledge / ability / attitude to their work.

Hello Everyone !
I am wondering about current practices of issuing evaluation forms for
seminars ,intensives and other training events. Some time ago I seem to
remember that Bert was totally against this and I have not used them in any
of my trainings either and yet some seem to feel that they are necessary.
Any thoughts?
