I have never set up a constellation for transplants before, but on reading
your posting my thought was having representatives for the new and the old
kidneys and the person themselves and see where that might lead.
In terms of orders my thought is that the old kidney was the first and in
the transplant has been discarded. The transplanted kidney is the second.
Another thought is that the transplanted kidney is in the second body of its
life, maybe the donor person could be represented as well, and see what
effect that has.
Again, I have no experience in this, these are my thoughts.

some references, if there are any. I may decide to include a representative
for death, and I emphasized that I make no promises about the outcome of the
constellation.
