I am following the dicussions, even though I am not sure whether or not I
understand everything, due to my lack of English.
To your questions:
The constellations with figures resemble the constellation in a group the
most.How does the therapist get in contact with the family soul?
The client carries his family soul always with him/her, like a magnet has its
field (that is a metaphor). In the constellation group the representatives are
being positioned in the magnetic field and they relate to the field borders of
the group soul. As metal dust in a magnetic field they make the invisible
borders visible. In a constellation with figures , the figures will be set up
in the field of the soul of the client. as they are lifeless figures, they
cannot react as the representatives do. The therapist will have to help. He
puts himself with his feeling onto the place of the figures and he can now feel
the dynamic of the souls of a family. If he can get into the feeling in a way
that fits well with the client, then he has "won over" the client, and the
client as well as the therapist know then that they have made contact to the
family soul.
In order not to fall for your own phantasies or the phantasies of the client,
there are criterias as in a group. On the one hand that is the excitement and
concentratrion during the process, ond the other hand (even more than in the
group process) the exact awareness of the therapist, noticing even the smallest
body and language changes of the client.
In order to work well with figure constellations, the therapist needs a rich
experience with group constellations, he must be able to substitue the
reactions of the representatives in a group and he will have to react and be in
contact with and notice even the smallest expressions in language and body
of the family soul of the client. It is helpful for a figure constellation, as
it is in a group, to go the the important issue right away, rather than stay
with stories of the client. It also is an advantage in a figure constellation,
that it does not take up so much energy as in a group, when you ask for more
details.The not so important details are less of an irritation and can
sometimes even give important hints, as long as client and therapist are in an
"exciting" process. It helps, as in a group, to concentrate the constellation
into one session.
As in the group setting, it is important, that there is some solution for the
client and that there is growth from the inner shift.

ich habe die Diskussionen bisher gerne verfolgt, auch wenn ich nicht sicher

Zu Deinen Fragen:
Die Figurenaufstellung kommt der Aufstellungsgruppe am nächsten. Wie bekommt
der Therapeut dabei Kontakt mit der Familienseele?
Der Klient trägt seine Familienseele immer mit sich, wie ein Magnet sein
Magnetfeld (das ist eine Metapher) In der Aufstellungsgruppe werden nun
Stellvertreter in dieses "Magnetfeld" gestellt und sie richten sich an den
Feldlinien der Gruppenseele aus. Wie Metallspäne in einem Magnetfeld machen sie
die unsichtbaren Feldlinien sichtbar. In der Figurenaufstellung werden Figuren
in das seelische Feld des Klienten gestellt. Sie können sich als tote Figuren
nicht in der Weise von Stellvertretern am seelischen Feld ausrichten. Das
übernimmt nun der Therapeut. Er stellt sich innerlich auf den Platz der Figuren
und er kann nun die seelische Dynamik einer Familie fühlen. Fühlt er da stimmig
und auf eine für den Klienten (wie in der Gruppe) berührende Weise, hat er den
Klienten "gewonnen" und sowohl der Klient als auch der Therapeut wissen jetzt,
dass sie Kontakt zur Gruppenseele haben.
Um nicht eigenen Phantasien oder denen des Klienten aufzusitzen gibt es
Kriterien wie in der Gruppe auch. Das eine ist die Spannkraft und
Konzentriertheit des Prozesses, das andere (noch mehr als im Gruppenprozeß) die
genaue Wahrnehmung des Klienten, die wie bei Tranceprozessen auch auf die
kleinsten sichtbaren körperlichen und sprachlichen Veränderungen des Klienten
achtet.
Um gut mit Figurenaufstellungen arbeiten zu können, braucht der Therapeut
eine möglichst reichhaltige Erfahrung mit Aufstellungen in der Gruppe, er muß
die Reaktionen der Stellvertreter in einer Gruppe zu vertreten wissen und er
muß dialogisch und in der Wahrnehmung sehr genau mit den feinsten (sprachlichen
und körperlichen) Äußerungen der Familienseele des Klienten in Kontakt kommen.
Es ist hilfreich für die Figurenaufstellung, wie in der Gruppe sofort zum
Wesentlichen zu gehen und sich nicht bei Geschichten des Klienten aufzuhalten.
Es ist aber auch ein gewisser Vorteil der Figurenaufstellung, dass es nicht so
energieraubend wie in der Gruppe ist, wenn man einmal etwas ausführlicher
nachfrägt. Das nicht so Wesentliche wirkt sich nicht so störend aus und gibt
manchmal sogar wichtige indirekte Hinweise, solange sowohl der Klient als auch
der Therapeut sich in einem "spannenden" Prozeß befinden. Es hilft dafür, wie
in der Gruppe, die Arbeit mit der Figurenaufstellung auf eine Sitzung zu
besgrenzen.
Letztlich zählt wie in der Gruppe, dass sich für den Klienten etwas löst und
über den "Aha-effekt" der Figurenaufstellung Wachstumsschritte gelingen.
