We can never know what took place in another workshop we didn¹t attend.
There¹s the facilitator¹s experience, the client¹s experience, and the
observers' experience. And I love what Leslie says about being judged by
our worst day facilitating. However with that being said, what feels
troubling to me is the reported conclusion the facilitator made about the
client¹s outcome regarding never having children. I¹ve never made any
declaration regarding an outcome, and wouldn¹t do that for a client. How
could I possibly know? Part of a facilitator¹s role is to guide the
client to seeing a bigger picture so they can make new decisions for
themselves, that better serve their life path, as well as evolve their
inner image so they can hold their family and their place in it, in a new
way in their heart. As I¹ve heard Bert sometimes says at the conclusion
of a constellation, we leave it with them and trust their soul.¹
