Hej,
you haven't seen me here before but I have followed the many interesting
threads for a long time. As I'm involved in furthering the use of constellation
work in organisations I'm really interested in the future of the work. My basis
of understanding is very much from psychosynthesis and the founder Assagioli
has this beautiful phrase Unity in Diversity. So with him I'm a both-and
person. Life is diversity and when I lead constellations I see this all the
time. There are a lot of common themes in human enterprise and at the same time
with all the wrinkles and nuts and bolts there is uniqueness to every person,
to every life, to every situation. To me that means that not one person, not
one constellator, not one method can unravel the hidden dynamics of this
uniqueness and give us the gifts therein.
I learned similar methods to constellation methods in the early 90's in New
Zealand from Janee Child, then a sect leader to be, but extremely brilliant in
seeing the unseen. I thank her for all my learning from my heart. Coming in
contact with Hellinger's work was a confirmation of what I knew AND it took it
to another level. All my gratitude to Bert Hellinger and Charlotte Palmgren who
gave me this gift. At the IOCTI 2006 in Holland Jan Jacob Stam and a whole
group of wonderfully skilled constellators gave me the foundation for the
organisational work. Had they not been so diverse the training would have been
less effective. The work with teams having the team members represent functions
and elements was done despite the (then) common knowing that this is not
possible. Individuals makes breakthroughs by not conforming. Therefore I
supported the initial thoughts in the Köln conference that there should be no
worldwide licensing and diplomas. However I now see tendencies from some
facilitators to have a lot of letters after their names, pretending that it is
possible to contain the diversity of the human spirit in forms controlled by
them. And yes I'm a bit allergic to authorities that seem to be
self-proclaimed, holding up all kinds of sign as proof of this authority. As
they say in the film Blues Brothers: I'm a mission from God.
I hope for more free spirits that take responsibility for their actions and
dare to experiments with their ears to the ground and their eyes towards heaven.
Vänligen
