I wrote the message below to you a while ago, maybe even before the
workshop, and I did not feel the time was ready feel to send it - now I do.
Mainly because I received this, via a constellation group to which I belong,
in my email this morning : From a shamanic perspective, we have more than
one piece to our souls. Systemic Constellation Work usually accesses the
family or ancestral soul, while past lives deal with the reincarnating or
eternal soul.

An exercise of integration for you - if it resonates.
It would be good to enter a meditative state in order to do this homework.
Fully look at who and how you were in the last constellation (all the
multiple layers) and say to all those aspects of you -
I take you into the present time with me, with and in love, so that you can
live and experience an integrated life during this incarnation.
We can do it together if you would prefer and I think you can do it very
well on your own.
