This is how to hide the upgrade to windows10 message.
we have several ways to do the steps to open the notifications icons customizing page, so I will put 3 of them:
The first way.
Copy the following line:
%SystemRoot%\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Options_RunDLL 5
press the hotkey "WINDOWS+ R", the run edit box would be opened, and paste the copied line, and hit Enter.
the customizing page would open,
use the "tab" key to find "GWX.exe combo box
arrow down to select, "hide icon and notifications
then use the tab key to find the "ok button" and hit enter, the message should be gone after that.

The second way,
from the desktop use the "tab button a few times, to find, "notification shefr on button" and press enter, or spacebar on it,
use any arrow key to find "customize link" and hit enter or spacebar on it
the customizing page would open,
use the "tab" key to find "GWX.exe combo box
arrow down to select, "hide icon and notifications
then use the tab key to find the "ok button" and hit enter, the message should be gone after that.

The third way.
it wont work with windoweyes screen reader, as i've been told
Hit the hotkey "windows+B" and use the arrow keys to find, the "notification shifr on button", hit enter or space bar on it,
use any arrow key to find "customize link" and hit enter or spacebar on it
the customizing page would open,
use the "tab" key to find "GWX.exe combo box
arrow down to select, "hide icon and notifications
then use the tab key to find the "ok button" and hit enter, the message should be gone after that.
