Hi!
I have perfect pitch. Now, when the technician finished associating all the channels to my sound card and software synth etc he told me that I would be playing in the key of C. Alright! However what my brain is registering with me is the key of D, and when I play the notes of the key of C, I make mistakes because the old cerebellum is telling me play it in the key of D because that is what I am hearing. Why is this? I do know that the notation for brass is slightly different so are these keyboards set to how brass notes are named? Mary Ellen Earls
