They could have. However, I doubt it. I'm thinking that when I had a friend
over, he brought his Mac over. He disconnected one of my boards and
connected it up to his mac. It was when i reconnected the keyboards back to
my system is when the system went weard. I think that I will need to do a
reset on my boards so that it can return them to the original state.

Hmm, strange. Did you double-check your MIDI device settings in Sonar?
Could they change if you started Sonar with your keyboard not connected?
