Hi Stacy, Actually, project is found in the options menu, not tools like I thought in my last post. Still though, check the box for play, and/or record if you want to here the metronome in either case and then the 3rd tab is midi or audio. I would arrow up to audio and then tab all the way over to ok. you'll notice that you can change the number of bars that the metronome will count in before the project starts playing. the default is one bar. hope that helps. Hello. I've enjoyed reading these post for the past few weeks. I wish I was as smart as you guys. I am somewhat new to Sonar 7 and will probably post many stupid questions in the next few months. My question is: I can use the hot keys to turn the metronone to a MIDI synth, but I hear nothing. (I've been using the WAV sound.) I assume I am to run it through one of my soft synths but I don't know how. Can anyone give me a brief idea on how to do this? I would appreciate any help. Thanks, S.B. _____ See how Windows connects the people, information, and fun that are part of your life. See Now <http://clk.atdmt.com/MRT/go/msnnkwxp1020093175mrt/direct/01/>
