Actually you can also move the video.  You just need to alter the start time
for the video clip in the video view.  Recently matched up some audio from a
video camera to the entire multitrack in Sonar.  .  Imported the video then,
cut and pasted close to the start time of the multitrack audio.  Nudged
until it sounded right.  Then, looked at the start time of the audio off the
camera in the event view then, flicked over to the video view, updated the
start time and it all synced up beautifully.  Note: you can't edit video in
Sonar however, if that's all done then, you can easily import the video an
match with other audio.  The results of this can be listened/watched here:

You can move the audio just fine, you just cannot move the video via the
keyboard.
