can you open a project in safe mode, which means not loading any plug-ins connected to the project? Then insert the plug-ins you need, substituting newer 64-bit plug-ins for the ones you were using before?
Although, most 32-bit plug-ins should work fine, thanks to Sonar's Bitbridge. I use Waves plugs all the time in Sonar X 64, and they are still 32-bit.
