Don't spread that around - it'll ruin my reputation.

Hi Darren,

If you find that the provided supply won't cope with UK voltage levels
(strainge if they're retailing in the UK), you can get a suitable
transformer from Maplin, the stock code is RS59P, price £30. Their
telephone sales line is very good - 0844 557 6000. I've got to say that I
had a big problem with their web site performing duplicate transactions, so
I stick to the phone method these days.

Best wishes.

Hi Darren! Som power supplys adapt to the current power when you plug it in
the wall. Somehow it sounds resonably as theire products are sold all over
the world. Offen it is written on the sticker where both 110 - 220 is on the
label.

But if you have a mail with the company stating that it will run both 110
and 220 than you should be covered in case of any damage.

Dennis

Hi folks.

I've heard back from PG Music who tell me that all I need is a straight
forward to pin to 3 pin adapter, not a transformer. One of those that you
can plug yoru electric shaver in for those in the UK.

Does this sound right? it seems too simple hahahahaha.

Cheers

Subject: [ddots-l] 120 to 220 v power adapter

Hi folks.

I'm purchasing the Band in a Box Audio Everything product from PG Music.

It all ships on a 1.6 TB hard disc but comes with a 120 v power supply.

As I'm based in the UK, I need some kind of step up power transformer.

Does anyone have any recommendations. It has to be something that will stay
plugged in and operating for most of the time.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Darren
