Rod,
I wasn't sure if it was a SB card or not, but unfortunately it isn't. It's a delta44. I'm not good with computers when it comes to memory, so maybe that's the problem. I doubt it, since I only have Jaws and Sonar on it. Also, when I set the latancy to a certain setting, then click okay, I get little to no difference, but maybe that's because the next time I am in the latancy setting it's set back to what it was by default.
Raymond

Raymand, sound blaster cards can be good, however, what Gord and others are
saying, is that it's not good enough for recording. I am pretty much sure
that most on the list are sure about that.
I use a delta 44 for a reasonable price, and it's working great!

Are you sure about that? I thought the Sound Blaster Live was one of the
best sound cards out there, and if I am going to take that one out, what
would be a good replacement?
