Hi Phil, it only happens with certain hardware, usually not a problem for a
custom built daw, but not the same case for an off the shelf machine. For
the macs, Windows drivers are usually not updated from windows updates, as
those mainly come from bootcamp.

Must have been fortunate here then using the Mac Book Pro as have continued
to update and not experienced any issues with latency, smile.

Actually, that depends. Is your daw online, meaning used for the web, or
not?
Some windows updates for certain hardware cause latency habbic.

Hi everyone, I have a quick question when installing into a fresh operating
system does the operating system need to be updated to the latest and then
continuing with the installation of sonar and then cake talking? For example
