Hello Stacey: This may seem too simple, but what if you were to have track 1 with the clear guitar fade out inversely as track 2 with the distorted guitar came up. This should create a nice cross-fade?? Re: fading effects in and out? Thanks for the tip Gord, as you know I wasnt' able to get anywhere with the CW amp syn automation. Can you give me a little more detail or point me in the right direction. I am assuming you are talking about the alien connection soft synth? I can't get anything out of it. Any ideas? what I have going is the Syn 2 soft synth and I would like it to transition from dry to distorted over the span of 8 bars. Thanks!
