Brian, I don't own a MIDI keyboard. It sounds like Sonar is just confused about which devices are connected to which physical MIDI ports.
Perhaps uninstall the BCF2000 and sort out your keyboard problem first, then go through the steps of putting the BCF into Mackie Sonar emulation, telling Sonar about it etc.
