  You count the number of beats in the file, then go to special>edit acid 
properties, select measures and beats for the time input, then enter the beats, 
click ok, and it should be done...If that don't help, let me know...

    Import the file, select the track, then use edit>groov  clip looping.  This 
should acidize it to the project as close as it can; if not you'll have to use 
sound forge to acidize the file.  Note, if it's an entire song you are doing, 
make sure you remove as much empty space at the end and the beginning as you 
can, so that it won't interfear with the acidizing...
