Let's say you have a 4 bar loop, and the loop is in 4/4 time, since there
are 4 beats per measure, and there are 4 measures in the loop, you could
multiply 4*4 and get 16, or just listen to the loop and tap/count out the
beats. I usually just count the bars in the file i'm working with, multiply
it by 4 and put that number in and it works! If it's a 3/4 file, then
again, you count up the bars/measures, multiply by 3, or again, count beat
by beat. By beat I'm refering to 1/4 note.

You count the number of beats in the file, then go to special>edit acid
properties, select measures and beats for the time input, then enter the
beats, click ok, and it should be done...If that don't help, let me know...

Import the file, select the track, then use edit>groov clip looping. This
should acidize it to the project as close as it can; if not you'll have to
use sound forge to acidize the file. Note, if it's an entire song you are
doing, make sure you remove as much empty space at the end and the beginning
as you can, so that it won't interfear with the acidizing...
