been using SoundForge for quite a while, just getting into Sonar 
here, and I've found SoundForge to be really nice. It's noise 
reduction plugin that you can get separately with it is pretty 
good.  As far as Audition, I've heard that even with scripts, it's a 
hastle to work with.
