Hey if your talking about setting and adjusting the buffer size, yes
it's accessible when you use it along with the asio 4 all. I've mostly
used mine as my soundcard for sonar to controll latency. I haven't
done much audio work in terms of recording vocals, so I couldn't tell
you how to set the recording levels, but I think you can do that with
the windows volume mix controlls. I hope that answered your question.
