[duxuser] Activation question

Hi George,
While waiting for support to reply to an email I sent a few days agoi,
maybe you can help.
I reinstalled XP and among other apps, installed DBT. I may have missed
a step here as now my copy wont take the license key. Is it because I
should have deactivated? Am almost done with this project and am now
dealing with the little issues. Thanks.
