Hi Robert,
There are two major steps to getting DBT on a computer. The first
step is to install and license it. The second step is to activate it.
I'm not certain which step you are having trouble with. We can
certainly help you with either installation/licensing or activation.
Just contact technical support or me directly at
<activation@xxxxxxxxxx>. We usually answer emails on the same day or
the next business day (if for emails that come in when we are
closed). If you don't hear back from us for several days, it's likely
we never got your email or you never got our reply. Please don't wait
longer than one business day to resend your email or contact us by
another means.
