Do you mean the "License Text"?
Remember you need the full text as it appeared on the braille and
large print card. It is also case sensitive.

Hi George,
While waiting for support to reply to an email I sent a few days
agoi, maybe you can help.
I reinstalled XP and among other apps, installed DBT. I may have
missed a step here as now my copy wont take the license key. Is it
because I should have deactivated? Am almost done with this project
and am now dealing with the little issues. Thanks.
