And if, for some reason, you don't have a hard page to set, you can use the [pv] code, which will set the page number to the value you specify the next time a new braille page starts.

When I've had to do this, I just use the [pg] code with a number. So, for example, if I want the second file to start on page 101, I just code [pg101] at the beginning of the file.

Alternatively, you could append the files by cutting and pasting them into one bigger file. This would eliminate the need for doing anything, since the pages would run en sequence.
