Londa, it sounds to me like your document has become corrupted. Try
selecting the whole document and pasting it into a new Duxbury print
document. Nobody knows why this happens. If that doesn't work, I suggest
tech support.

It is one specific document and only in one place.  The rest of the
lists in the document formatted fine.
