Hi Londa,
Provided you have an internet connection, it's easy to apply
Service Release 2. If you go to the Help menu, and select
Check for updates, the process should be self explanatory.
If the problem persists, it would be extremely helpful if
you could send Duxbury sample files, together with a note
explaining the problem. This should be sent to
support@xxxxxxxxxxx

What version of Duxbury do you have, and if it is 10.5, have
you applied Service Release 2?
