It's probably some character at the end of a line or lines. What I
usually do--hoping it's a short document--is clear all the characters
at line ends--yes, one stinkin line at a time--replacing each one
with a space or paragraph mark as needed. It's a real pain, but it
almost always works.

Hi. I believe this happened to me once. I had to cut and paste what I had written and make it a new file. The original file became corrupt somehow. I hope I am remembering correctly. Good luck.
