Hi Jake,

What version of Duxbury are you using? How is the Braille
connected? Serial or Parallel?

If it is Parallel, then I suspect you may need to change the
BIOS Parallel Port setting to SPP (Standard Parallel Port).

George.

        Hello,

I am trying to get duxbury to work with the Braillo
400S embosser but am having a few problems. It embosses the
document correctly apart from there is a short piece of
unwanted braille code - 5 cells - embossed at the beginning.
Also, no matter that all the settings in duxbury and on the
embosser are initially set to single line spacing, it
changes the Braillo settings to double line spacing and so
the document is produced double line spaced. Has anyone any
suggestions?

        Help gratefully received

        Jake Kyle
