Hi Goran,

Please advise:

1) What version is your Duxbury (including Service Release Number, if any)?

2) What Version is your Everest "D"? 2, 3 or 4?

3) How is the embosser connected to your system? USB, Parallel or Network?

4) What version of Windows do you have?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but we do need the information to begin
troubleshooting.

George Bell

Subject: [duxuser] Double-sized A4 Braille Paper

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you regarding a problem that we have with DBT and INDEX EVEREST
D - 14 Braille printer.
The problem concerns setting printing format.

When we finish with emboser setup and choose a particular printing format (in
this case Double-sized A4 Braille Paper, by default we are get character per
line 20, lines per page 20), and upon saving the given settings we go to the
command Embos (that is - printing). The problem is that instead of Double-sized
A4 Braille Paper, the printed text contains one page 7cm wide, and the other
22cm wide.

We hope you can help us solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

With best regards,
