The problem concerns setting printing format. When we finish with emboser setup and choose a particular printing format (in this case Double-sized A4 Braille Paper, by default we are get character per line 20, lines per page 20), and upon saving the given settings we go to the command Embos (that is - printing). The problem is that instead of Double-sized A4 Braille Paper, the printed text contains one page 7cm wide, and the other 22cm wide. We hope you can help us solve this problem. Thank you in advance.
