Diane,Under your control panel, then printers, is it set to spool? I think that's what it is called. I have two embossers, I'm running 10.6 and I send multiple documents, one after another to both of them at the same time. Sometimes I've had as many as 10 documents lined up, so it isn't the DBT 10.6 that is causing the problem as far as I can tell.

One of our departments produces a lot of lengthly documents. With 10.3 they could send a document, open another, send it, open another, send it, etc., all while the first document was embossing. Now that they've upgraded to 10.6 they're unable to do that. Dux won't let them open a second document until the first one has finished embossing. According to our tech. guy the computer should be able to buffer these jobs, but it appears that Duxbury isn't letting it. Any insights into remedying this problem? Thanks.
