Same here.

If there is other information, such as "serves 6-8, treat that as a paragraph, 
also.

If you have the Transcriber's Manulal, there are suggested guidelines in 
lesson18. In 18.7, precisely.

While this format may vary between sources, it is the one I use. Which oddly 
enough, follows Rick's suggestions.

I would center the name of the recipe, treat the list of ingredients as a list 
and the instructions as paragraphs.

use when brailling the recipes?
