Hi Paul,

Word went from 2000 to XP. (or actually Word 2002) There was nothing in
between.

It's a bit difficult to say what's going on here, although I have a
sneaky feeling that most of the problems will be found to revolve around
what Word automatically does and does not do. I mean the stupid
"Replace as you type" options that change Quotes to Smart Quotes, two
dashes to an em-dash, and all that kind of thing.

Not sure about the Styles issue. 10.4 has a pretty comprehensive table
which maps the default Word Styles to DBT Styles. However, here it is
very difficult to diagnose the problem without seeing an actual file
where you have found a problem.

I'm always more than happy to get examples from users who are
experiencing difficulty. Sometimes the solution is simple, and other
times we may need to do some coding work in DBT itself to fix the
problem. However, it all goes towards improving the overall quality.
